Litchfield, Jr. 43, Halsey Street, died Thursday evening at Luther Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. from the Grace Lutheran Church, the Rev. Marcus Gravdal officiating. Interment will be in the Forest Hill cemetery.

    Mrs. Litchfield was born in Osseo. She was a graduate of the Eau Claire State Teachers College. She was married in 1942 and has lived in Eau Claire since 1945. She was a member of the Service League, the Hillcrest Golf Club and the Grace Lutheran Church.

    Mrs. Litchfield is survived by her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Dale Decker, of Eau Claire, Susan and Cathryn, both at home; her mother, Mrs. Mabel Nelson of St. Charles, Minn.; one brother, Edward Nelson, of Minneapolis, one sister, Mrs. Richard Carlson of Ann Arbor, Mich., and two grandchildren.
