    Mr. Booth is survived by his widow, Pearl; one son, Gene Booth of Corona; two daughters, Miss Eunice Booth of Corona and Mrs. Lois Rawson of Albuquerque; three grandchildren; two brothers, Lloyd Booth of LaCenter, Wash., and Dale Booth of Torrington, Wyo.; and one sister, Mrs. Fay Morey of Torrington, Wyo.

    Mr. Robbins' parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. Stephan Robbins, one of the pioneer families of Oshkosh. He had one other sister, the late Mrs. Cora Guilliaume, of Milwaukee, several nieces and nephews. Mr. Robbins has one son, Merton, of Minneapolis.

    Mr. Robbins left Oshkosh about 28 years ago for Minneapolis, where he was employed in the Midland City Bank. As a young man he was a singer and traveled at one time with the Jim Brown Theatrical Company. He was also a jailer and deputy sheriff and was undersheriff at Eau Claire for two years. He later went to Augusta, Wis., where he had a farm. He had lived in California for about three years."5,3

Forkner, 75, of Palm Springs, Calif., former Seattle funeral director, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Adams-Forkner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Evergreen-Washelli. He died yesterday in a Palm Springs nursing home.

    Mr. Forkner, born in Cambridge City, Ind., came to Seattle in 1910 and with his father established the Forkner Funeral Home. He was owner and manager of the mortuary from 1935 till 1958, when he retired. He was a member of the Earlybirds, a group of aviators who had flown before September 1916.

    He was a retired Navy lieutenant commander and had flown in World Wars I and II. He played cello many years with the Seattle Symphony before 1935, and was a past president of the University Kiwanis Club.

    Surviving are his wife, Ethelel; a son Charles Malcolm Forkner, Los Angeles, and a daughter, Mrs. Allen Justason, Edmonds.
