McMasters in Lawrenceburg. He preceded her in death in April 1952. On June 16, 1962, in Lawrenceburg, she married Marion C. Gray, who preceded her in death Dec. 8, 1999.
She was a graduate of Lawrence County High School, Lawrence County, Tenn. She retired from Ralph Stewart Insurance, Kokomo, as a bookkeeper. In Lawrenceburg, she worked for Union Carbide and owned and operated McMasters Insurance Agency.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, where she was active in the Joy Sunday school class and the Ruth Minor women's circle. She was a member of the Kokomo China guild. In Lawrenceburg, she was a member of the Lawrenceburg Pilot club and the Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert Gray, Detroit, and Glen 'Mac' and Julie McMasters, Kokomo; one daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Robert Lutz, Kokomo; seven grandchildren, Cheri and husband Chad Lovelace, Kristin Lutz, Harley McMasters, Glen M. McMasters, Angela McMasters, Amanda Archer and Elizabeth Hulsey, all of Kokomo; two great-grandchildren, Adam and Drake Johnson; one sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Lawrence Walker, McClenny, Fla., and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fenn and Shirley Mortuary, Colonial Chapel, 1315 W. Lincoln Road. Dr. Gary Forbes will officiate. Burial will follow in Albright Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary on Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Methodist church, 219 W. Mulbery St., Kokomo IN 46901."1,4,3
