She was born November 4, 1926, in the Town of Lind, Waupaca County, the daughter of the late Alfred and Olena (Nielsen) Anderson. Cleo married Gordon F Larsen on October 5, 1951, in Waupaca; he survives. She had been the office manager at Farmers Home Administration until her retirement. Cleo was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a member of the United Methodist Church Women. She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, and loved gardening, feeding birds, taking walks in the woods with her grandchildren, and going to all her grandchildren's ball games. Survivors include her husband; three sons: Roger (Barb), Waupaca, Steven (Janet), Menomonee Falls, and Gary, Anipeka, Fla., five grandchildren; Melissa, Brynna, Dane, Heidi and Jack; three sisters: Dorothy Youngson, Waupaca, Ruth Geldernick, Neenah, and Shirley Anderson, Weyauwega; a brother, Arlington (Meroe) Anderson, Fond du Lac; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial fund has been established in her name. Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca assisted the family with arrangements.
Visitation: The family greeted relatives and friends in the church fellowship hall following the memorial service.
Memorial Services: Saturday, April 15, 1:00 p.m., First United Methodist Church in Waupaca the Rev. Paul Nulton officiated. Burial was in Lakeside Memorial Park, Waupaca."2
