    Mr. and Mrs. Crowell went to Syracuse about Thanksgiving time to visit relatives there. Mr. Crowell was stricken with influenza, which caused his death.

    Deceased was about 75 years of age and resided in this section virtually all of his life. Besides his wife and son, mentioned, another son, Roy, and two daughters, Mrs. Harold Hart, Syracuse, and Mrs. Jesse Shedd of Dolgeville, with one brother, George Crowell, Syracuse, survive. Funeral arrangements will await the arrival of the body at the late home."2,1,3
