  Surviving are her widower, John; four daughters, Kathryn Savriol, Neenah, Debbie Baidauf, Larsen, Mary Beth Paulson, Neenah, and Barbara Paulson at home; two sons, Michael and Steve, both of Neenah; one brother, James Whitman, Stevens Point; one sister, Betty Dineen, Rhinelander, and eight grandchildren.
  
  Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in Westgor Funeral Home, Neenah, and at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, the Rev. Eugene Hotchkiss officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
  
  Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 4 to 9 p.m. A prayer service will be at 8 p.m."^7,4,9

He served in the U.S. Army during WWII, being stationed in New Guinea with the 32nd Division. John worked for Kimberly-Clark for 50 years before retiring in 1986. Three years later he went to work for Morton Drug until this past June when he became ill. John was an avid history and geography buff and he loved books. Survivors include five children: Mike (Marsha) Paulson, Neenah; Kathy (Ken) Ziske, Neenah; Mary Beth Paulson, Gleason, WI; Steve (Beth) Paulson, Menasha; Barb Paulson and special friend, Mark S Julius, Neenah; a son-in-law, Bill Baldauf, Larsen; 13 grandchildren: Brooke (Brad) Cardoza, Michael John Paulson, Stephanie (Marc) Truebenback, Trina, Ben and Bill Sauriol, Chad (Lonnie) Baldauf, Amy (Chris) Boucher, Brian and Shelly Delikowski, Josh, Christopher and Nicholas Paulson; six great-grandchildren: Selyne, Ethan, Debi, Kiersten, Cali and Kyle; five step grandchildren: Maria, Janette, Janine, Toni and Angela; three sisters: Sally Krahenbuhl, Betty (Frank) Koch, Susie (Jerry) Veirauch. He was preceded in death by a son, John Jr. in 1967; two daughters; Suzy in 1969 and Debi Baldauf in 1995; his step mother, Lillian Paulson in 1997 and a brother, Bob in 2001. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 22, 2003 at 6 p.m. at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home. Interment will be in St. Margaret's Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of services. Military Rites conducted by American Legion Post #60 of Kimberly. A memorial is being established in his name.
